Mrs. Watkins, 88 years old, a homemaker and member of First Baptist Church Weston died Wednesday, October 12, 2022, at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston Salem, NC. She was born in Carroll County, TN on December 28, 1933, to Lewis and Vadie Bradford Thomas.

She is survived by her son Jerry Watkins (Sara) of Winston Salem, NC, two stepsons Gary Watkins (Susan) of Atlanta, GA and Ron Watkins (Kathy) of Greenville, SC a sister Jane Moore of Martin and two step-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Wendell Lynn Watkins and brother Glynn Thomas.
