Funeral services for Peggy Conley Sanders Lockhart are 2:00 p.m., Friday, July 1, 2022, at Republican Grove Baptist Church, Trezevant. The family will receive friends at the church on Friday, 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment is at Republican Grove Cemetery.

Mrs. Lockhart, 87 years old, died at her residence on Tuesday. She was a homemaker an excellent cook, and a member of Republican Grove Baptist Church. She was born in McLemoresville to Robert Franklin and Mary Jane Weatherford Jones.

She is survived by her husband Aaron Lockhart of Camden, four daughters Cindy (Mike) McDaniel of McKenzie, Leanna (Steve) Komoromi of Mt Pleasant, SC, Lori Lockhart of Camden and Diane Pritchard of Huntingdon, two sons Mike (Diane) Conley of Trezevant and Dennis (Cindy) Sanders of Huntingdon, fourteen grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband’s Nelson Conley and Ervin Sanders and a sister Betty Doyle.
