Funeral Services for Mattie M. Morgan is Saturday, October 23, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment is at Mt Olivet Cemetery.

Mrs. Morgan, 94 years old, died Friday, October 15, 2021 at AHC Paris. She is a retired factory worker and a member of West Wood Pentecostal Church in Paris, TN. She was born on December 2, 1926 in Benton Co. to Allen and Mary Hedge Presson.

She is survived by five daughters, Peggy (Charles) Bailey of Winchester, KY, Diane Smith of Carrollton, KY, Raymell Robinson of Paris, Stephanie Rae Morgan of Paris and Atlanta Morgan Smothers of Gleason, one son Jeremiah Vance of Paris two brothers John Presson of Gleason, R.L. Presson of Lawrenceburg and one sister Nan Reed of Jackson, ten grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband James Morgan, son William G. Greer, Jr, a grandson Nathan Smith, three sisters Jessie Faye Hines, Mary Jane Coleman and Clara Myers and one brother Dan Presson.
