Mary Ann Sydnor

July 19, 1944 - January 4, 2022

Visitation for Mrs. Mary Ann Sydnor will be on January 8, 2022 from 9am-11am at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home in McKenzie Tennessee with her funeral following at 11am. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McKenzie. 

Mrs. Sydnor passed away at her home on January 4, 2022 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana at the age of 77. Mary Ann was born July 19, 1944. She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Gene Sydnor and parents Roy and Mattie Allen and brother Phillip Allen. She leaves behind 3 sons, Mark Sydnor (m. Mark Pittman) of Batesville Mississippi, Kevin Sydnor (m. Albert dela Cruz) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Anthony Sydnor (m. Tara Sydnor) of Medina, Tennessee, 6 grandchildren, Jeremy Sydnor, Kristofer Sydnor (m. Veronica Sydnor), Kari Plant (m. Logan Plant), Kaleb Sydnor, Taylor Gowan (m Reggie Gowan) and Anna Hazlewood, 5 great-grandchildren, Eric, Eva, Ryan, Kainon and Lynleigh . She also leaves behind 2 sisters, Peggy Hutchison (late Donald Hutchison) and Martha Hastings (m. James Hastings) both of McKenzie.
