Funeral Services for Margie May Pate are Thursday, February 13, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. Internment is at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Thursday 9:30 a.m. until service time.

Mrs. Pate, age 91, died, Sunday, February 9, 2020 at her daughter’s residence. She is a member of Blooming Grove Methodist Church and a homemaker. She was born July 31, 1928 in Bemis, TN to Lapha and Claris Wilson Russell.

She is survived by her daughter Joyce Campbell of Centerton, AR and son Dennis  (Kate) Pate of Springville, two sisters Betty Anderson of McKenzie and Regina “Pete” Taylor of Nashville, ten grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Harry Pate, daughter Charlotte Pate, three sisters Leola Taylor, Sylvia Cox and Marie Simpson and three brothers Verdell Russell, Dempsy Russell and Bobby Russell.
