Ms. Fuller was born in Decatur, IL to Jack Willis and Dorothy Crist Morris. She worked at Republic Builders.

She is survived by her daughters Trisia (Rich) Henry of Peoria, IL and Tina (Hugo) Austin of Maplewood, MN, son, Tracy (Christy) Warman of McKenzie, two brothers Johnny Willis of AZ and Larry Willis of Decatur, IL, five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, stepfather Jim Morris, husband Mike Morgan, son Bryan Wuersch, brother Joe Willis and grandson Jacob Austin.
