Funeral Services for Karen Chandler Allen is Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Brummitt- McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Monday, September 10, 2018 4:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, September 1, 2018 1:00 p.m. until service time. Brother Derek Frazee is the officiant. Interment is at Fairview Cemetery, McKenzie.

Mrs. Allen, co-owner of Chandler Music, died Saturday, September 8, 2018 at her residence.  She is a member of Fairview Missionary Baptist Church and also a pianist. She was born in McKenzie, July 3, 1950 to Rodney and Jewell Robison Chandler. She is preceded in death by her parents, twin boys and her sister Gloria Chandler.

She is survived by her husband of nearly forty seven years Jackie Allen of McKenzie, a daughter Jadrea Romines of McKenzie, her son Joel (Kelly) Allen of McKenzie, a brother Gary (Wanda) Chandler and three granddaughters Juliet Romines, Jocelyn Romines and Jessamyn Romines.
