Funeral Services for Mr. Joe Thomas (J.T.) McDade are Saturday October 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at Union Academy Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 12, 2018, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Visitation on Saturday will be at the church 12:00 p.m. until service time. Brother Jason Jackson will officiate and interment is at Union Academy Cemetery.

Mr. McDade, 89, died October 9, 2018 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. He was born on January 18, 1929 in Trezevant TN to Joe McDade and Geneva Edlin McDade Lundy. Mr. McDade is a member of Union Academy Baptist Church and retired from Foamex, Milan, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son Dale McDade and his brother Hulon McDade.

He is survived by his wife Pat Yates McDade of Trezevant, two sons Mike (Jane) McDade of Huntingdon and Eric (Melissa) McDade of Trezevant, three daughters Jenna (Eric) Knight of Trezevant, Dianne (David) Young of Pickwick and Jan Trueman of Medina, fourteen grandchildren, seventeen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
