He is survived by his daughters Katie Robertson of Carthage and Janina (Clint) Warrington of Jackson, a son James M De Julio IV of Trezevant, a special friend Elizabeth Wisteria of Jackson, a sister Holly Telford, two brothers Brad Telford and Ray De Julio all of Riverside, CA, three grandchildren Micah De Julio, Gabriel Blatt and Lexie De Julio
