Private graveside services for Hazel Rae Epperson, the infant daughter of Matthew Epperson and Brookelyn Ballard born on October 27, 2022, were Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Everett’s Chapel Cemetery.

Beside her parents she is survived by her brothers Owen Matthew and Cole Ryan, her paternal grandparents Dennis and Sherry Epperson, maternal grandparents Larry and Frances Scott and Troy and Michelle Ballard.
