Emily Josephine Millsaps

Ms. Emily J. Millsaps, 82 years old, died at Jackson Madison County General Hospital Monday January 24, 2022. She is a retired sewing factory worker and a member of New Providence Presbyterian Church, Maryville, TN. She was born in Maryville on June 10, 1939 to Ira and Mary Litterer Reagan.

She is survived by her children Linda Harrison of McKenzie, Robin Foster of Oklahoma and Brian (Amy) Millsaps of Lavinia, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sister Marlene Spears and two brothers Gerald Reagan and Lester Reagan.

The family has chosen cremation and no services at this time.
