Funeral Services for Doyle Wayne Reeves is Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Seminary Cemetery, McKenzie, TN.

Mr. Reeves, 72 years old, died Thursday, May 13, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital Huntingdon. He was born in Greenfield, TN on November 6, 1948 to Billy C. and Ines Hubble Reeves. He is a graduate of Gleason High School Class of 1966, an Army Veteran, a member of Long Heights Baptist Church, he upholster furniture, and retired as factory manager of New Generations.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years Theresa Lawrence Reeves of McKenzie, three sons Patrick Reeves, Jeremy Reeves of McKenzie and Eric (Amy) Reeves of Lubbock, TX, a sister Anita (Bruce) Batton of McKenzie, one granddaughter Shelby (Victor) Zuniga and one great-grandson Cain Zuniga.

He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Lula Wilson and Elsie Crocker and two brothers James Robert Reeves and Billy Terry Reeves.
