Graveside services for Barbara Ann Franklin are Monday, January 23, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at Fairview Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the cemetery before the service.

Ms. Franklin 74 years old retired factory worker, died Saturday, January 21, 2023, at The Waters in McKenzie. She was born in McKenzie on August 2, 1948, to James Paul and Mary Ezell Chesser Townsend.

She is survived by her daughter Shelia Auvenshine Boaz, two sisters Carolyn Sue Townsend and Melinda Mayberry a grandson Ryan Hamilton and a great grandson Brayden Hamilton.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her daughter Sherry Denise Auvenshine and a brother Paul Ray Townsend.
