Funeral Services for Annie Fay Cook are Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. at Brummitt McKenzie Funeral Home. The family will receive friends on Thursday, 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Carroll Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Cook, 88 years old, died Saturday April 11, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born on June 21, 1932 in McKenzie to the late Lonnie and Alma Williams Akers. She is a retired from Pajama Factory and is a member of Grace Baptist Church McKenzie.

She is survived by her husband Lloyd Rich of Huntingdon, her twin sister Fannie May (Arnold) Murphy of Dickson and sister Linda Sue Climer of Jefferson, NC
