Dateline: McKenzie Services for David Wayne Boaz, 45, will be held Thursday, December 11, 2008 at 2:00 pm at McKenzie Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Mann officiating. Interment will follow at New Prospect Cemetery near Greenfield. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 10, 2008 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Thursday, December 11, 2008 from 11:00 am until service time. Mr. Boaz, a truck driver, died Monday, December 8, 2008 at his residence. He was born on November 10, 1963 in Milan, TN. He was Baptized at Enon Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Shelia Auvenshine Boaz of McKenzie, His mother and step father Peggy Jo and James D. Crawford III of McKenzie, a step son Ryan Hamilton, a daughter Kayla Boaz of McKenzie a sister Paula Janet (Steve) Kolasa of Peculiar, MO, a brother John Christopher (Lorra) Boaz of McKenzie McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
