Edna Elizabeth Dinkins

Dateline: McKenzie, TN Services for Mrs. Edna Elizabeth Waddell Dinkins, 95, will be held Saturday, March 15, 2008 at 11:00 am at McKenzie Funeral Homes Cedar Avenue Chapel with Bro. John Forgy officiating. Interment will follow at Carroll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, March 14, 2008 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Saturday, from 9:00 am until service time. Mrs. Waddell, a retired factory worker, died Thursday, March 13, 2008 at McKenzie Health Care Center. She was born on December 31, 1912 in McKenzie to Eber and Hallie Lankford Waddell. She was a Cumberland Presbyterian in faith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years John Howard Dinkins and a son Joe Dinkins. Survivors include one son Robert Hugh Dinkins and his wife Ann of McKenzie, two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Memorials may be made to Shiloh Cumberland Presbyterian Church in McKenzie, TN. McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
