Charles Michael (Mike) Flippin

Dateline: McKenzie, TN Services for Charles Michael (Mike) Flippin, 49, will be held Sunday, July 26, 2009 at 2:00pm at McKenzie Funeral Home with Bros. Paul Conquest and Clarence Noles officiating. Interment will follow at Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 25, 2009 from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Sunday, July 26, 2009 from 11:00 am until service time. Mr. Flippin, a former employee of Tecumseh Products in Paris for 25 years, died Thursday, July 23, 2009 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born on November 14, 1959 in McKenzie, TN to Charles Talmadge and Maggie June Chandler Flippin. He was a member of Liberty Hill Baptist Church serving as the Church Music Director and church custodian since 1993 and formerly served in the positions of the Sunday School Director and a Sunday school teacher at Liberty Hill. He was preceded in death by his father Charles Talmadge Flippin. Survivors include his wife Katherine Chandler Flippin, a son Brandon Michael Flippin, his mother Maggie June Chandler Flippin, a sister Stacy Beasley, and two grandsons Zack and Chaz Flippin all of McKenzie.
