Martha "Tinsy" Martin

Services for Martha F. Tinsy Martin, 78, will be held Friday, March 24, 2006 at 2 p.m. in the Cedar Avenue Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home with Bro. Dennis Trull and Bro. Clayton Owen officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 23, 2006 from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m. and Friday, March 24, 2006 from 10 a.m. until Service Time. Mrs. Martin, a homemaker, died Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Regional Hospital of Jackson. She was a member of First Baptist Church McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her son- P.L. Martin. Survivors include her husband- Ross Martin of McKenzie, one daughter- Carol Barker of McKenzie, one sister- Francis Pate of McKenzie, 3 Grandchildren and 5 Great-Grandchildren. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or Team First at Bethel College In Memory of P.L. Martin.
