Dateline: McKenzie, TN Services for Linda June Mize, 62, will be held Saturday, August 8, 2009 at 3:00 pm graveside at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery with Bro. Jason Mize officiating. Interment will follow at Pilgrims Rest Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 8, 2009 at the cemetery before the service. Mrs. Mize a former factory employee at Baby Shoe and Stetson Boots in Dresden, TN, died Thursday, August 6, 2009 at Baptist Hospital in Union City, TN. She was born on May 14, 1947 in Sharon, TN to Herman and Gwendolyn Morgan Boone. She was a member of the Non-denomination faith. She was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband Bill Mize of McKenzie, a daughter Sherry Wilkerson of Martin, TN, three sons Billy Dodson of Culpepper, VA, George Dodson of Dresden, TN, and Jason Mize of Mt. Pleasant, TN, a sister Joy Stephens of Union City, TN, five brothers Wayman Boone of Virginia, David Boone and Daniel Boone both of Greenfield, Melvin Boone and Tommy Boone both of Paris and 11 grandchildren.
