Geneva Irene Robertson

Dateline: McKenzie, TN Services for Geneva Irene Robertson, 90, will be held Sunday, October 26, 2008 at 2:00 pm at Blooming Grove United Methodist Church with Revs. Stephen Douglas and Jonell Copeland officiating. Interment will follow at Blooming Grove Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 25, 2008 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Sunday, October 25, 2008 from 10:00 am until 1:30 pm. Mrs. Robertson, a retired garment factory employee at Wormser Factory in Sharon, TN, died Thursday, October 23, 2008 at McKenzie Regional Hospital. She was born on January 27, 1918 in McKenzie, TN to David and Ethel May Gibson Brawner. She was a member of Blooming Grove Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Woodrow Robertson who died December 10, 1982 Survivors include three sons Joe and Joan Robertson of McKenzie, Jerry and Barbara Robertson of Powder Springs, GA, and Robert Larry Robertson of McKenzie, two sisters Nettie Lassater of McKenzie, Ruby Weaver of Brooklyn, MI, one brother Bob Brawner of McKenzie, nine grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren McKenzie Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
