David Lee Robinson, II

David Lee Robinson, II, age 37, departed this life to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 18, 2007 at Vanderbilt Medical Center. David was born on October 5, 1969. He graduated from Hollow-Rock Bruceton High School and the University of Tennessee at Martin. He was employed with the United States Postal Service in Martin, TN. Mr. Robinson was preceded in death by his grandparents Weldon Lee and Mable Robinson and Arnold O. and Bobbie Jo Replogle. He is survived by his wife- Jennifer Travis Robinson; one daughter- Anna Paige Robinson; his father- David Robinson; his mother- Kathy (Billy) Tucker; one brother- Shannon (Jamie) Robinson; two sisters- Stefanie Robinson and Kellsee Robinson; his in-laws- Barry and Wanda Travis; one brother-in-law- Kevin (Becky) Travis; four nephews- Dylan Robinson, Jesse Middleton, Austin Travis and Ethan Travis; and one niece- Chelsie Middleton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and many dear friends and co-workers. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Long Heights Baptist Church with Bro. Kenny Carr and Bro. Dossie Wheatley officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 20 at McKenzie Funeral Home from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. and Wednesday, March 21 from 10 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to Long Heights Baptist Church Relay for Life Team.
