Catherine Beauton Malray

Dateline: Milan, Indiana formerly of McKenzie, TN Services for Catherine Beauton Malray, 91, will be held Saturday, October 9, 2010 at 10:00 am at Bethel Baptist Church in McKenzie with Bro. Claude Prince officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, October 9, 2010 from 9:00 am until service time. Mrs. Malray, a former retail clerk for a bridal shop and homemaker, died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Ripley Crossing in Milan, IN. She was born on September 2, 1919 in Weakley County Tennessee to Jess and Fronie Byars Rushing. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in McKenzie. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas Malray who she married in 1938, a daughter Carol Bateman, a son Tommy Malray, a grandson Jarred Egbert, one sister and three brothers. Survivors include her daughter Tracey (Dan) Egbert of Milan, IN, a son in law Bill Bateman, 12 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
