Thelma Summers Hall

Dateline: McKenzie, Tennessee Services for Thelma Joyce Summers Hall, 80, will be held Friday, July 29, 2011 at 10:30 am at McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Douglas Nash officiating. Interment will follow at New Bethel Cemetery near Henry, TN. The family will receive friends on Thursday, July 28, 2011 from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday, July 29, 2011 from 8:30 pm until service time. Mrs. Hall, a homemaker, died Tuesday, July 26, 2011 at McKenzie Regional Hospital. She was born on December 31, 1930 in Henry, Tennessee to Herbert and Mary Helen McCord Summers. She was a member of New Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Valla Ree Parr and a brother Charles Summers. Survivors include her husband of 64 years James Albert Hall of McKenzie, two sons Max (Barbara Grosvenor) Hall of McKenzie, Gerald (Teresa) Hall of McKenzie, six grandchildren: Chris (Kimberly) Hall, Matt Hall, Missy Hall, Leah Clayton, Michelle Underwood, Chris Pollock, and 16 great grandchildren.
