Herbert Windham Jackson

Dateline: McKenzie, TN Services for Herbert Windham "H W" Jackson, 82, will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2012 at 1:00 pm at McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Dennis Trull officiating. Interment will follow at Carroll Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at McKenzie Funeral Home on Monday, January 23, 2012 from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 11:00 am until service time. Mr. Jackson, a retired truck driver and operator, died Friday, January 20, 2012 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was born on September 5, 1929 in New Albany, Mississippi to Choral Knox and Mary Alma Maddox Jackson. He was Baptist in faith. Survivors include his wife Peggy Dye Jackson of McKenzie, four sons: Herbert (Maryjane) Jackson, Jr. of Palm Desert, CA, Jerry Jackson of McKenzie, Mark (Serena) Jackson of Columbia Falls, MT, Tracy (Kathy) Jackson of Upland, CA, a sister Ruth Brooks of Jackson, TN, a brother Damon Jackson of Booneville, MS, seven grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
