Dateline: Gleason, TN Services for Lloyd Crutchfield, Jr., 75, will be held Tuesday, May 8, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Bro. Gene Price officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery near Gleason. The family will receive friends on Monday, May 7, 2012 from 4:30 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, May 8, 2012 from 10:00 am until service time. Mr. Crutchfield, a retired employee of the Henry County Farmers Co-op and farmer, died Saturday, May 5, 2012 at his residence in Gleason. He was born on September 21, 1936 in McKenzie, TN to H. Lloyd and Ella Mae McPeak Crutchfield. He was a member of the US Army National Guard during the years of 1954-1956. He was preceded in death by his parents. Survivors include his wife of 57 years Pattie Buntin Crutchfield of Gleason, TN, three daughters Rhonda (Tommy) Cooper of Paris, TN, Patrice (Kenneth) Burke of Georgia, Sonia (Steve) Peeler of Paris, TN, a son Jeff (Sherri) Crutchfield of Gleason, TN, a sister Robbie (Lloyd) Delaney of Gleason, TN, four grandchildren and two great grandchildren .
