William Matlock

Dateline: Trezevant, TN William "Bill" I. Matlock, 77, a retired System Tester for telecommunications and a patient transportation employee, died Monday, October 8, 2012 at his residence near Trezevant. He was born on May 12, 1935 in McKenzie, TN to Wiley and Rosalee Langley Matlock and was preceded in death by his parents. A private family memorial service will be held in the near future. Survivors include his wife of 60 years Nellie Jones Matlock of Trezevant, four daughters Karen (James) Creasy of McKenzie, Brenda Matlock of Atwood, TN, Susan (Jerry) Hailey of Dresden, TN, Genny (Kaleb) Sanders of Selmer, TN, a son Don (Teresa) Matlock of Bells, TN, three sisters Faye Hartzler of McKenzie, Dorothy Sue Horton of Huntingdon, Janice Bartholomew of Oklahoma, two brothers Dwayne Matlock of McKenzie, Jerry Matlock of Dresden, TN eight grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. .
