Marguerite Presson

Marguerite L. Presson, 90, died, December 22, 2012 at McKenzie Health Care Center. Funeral Services for Mrs. Presson will be 11:00a.m., Thursday, December 27, 2012 at Trezevant United Methodist Church with burial to follow at Trezevant Cemetery, Trezevant, TN. Visitation for Mrs. Presson will be Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at 5pm- 8pm and on Thursday, 10 am until service time. Mrs. Presson was a retired school teacher and guidance counselor. She was a member of Trezevant United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She was also a member of Trezevant/West Carroll, Tennessee and National Education Associations. She was born April 13, 1922 to George and Robena Ford Barlow. She was married fifty-two years to Samuel Buford Presson who has preceded her in death along with her parents, two sisters, Pauline Barlow and Fannie Foster and one brother Billie Barlowe. She is survived by three daughters, Sharon (William) Cunningham of Harpers Ferry, WV, Jane Presson of Deltona, FL and Louanne (Van) Blackketter of Trezevant; four grandchildren, David Cunningham, Kelly Cunningham, Leah Blackketter and Brooks (Hayden) Blackketter.
