James Floyd Clark, Sr.

Dateline: Trezevant, TN Services for James Floyd Clark, Sr., 74, will be held Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Macedonia Baptist Church near Lawrenceburg, TN. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, January 14, 2013 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Brummitt Funeral Home in Trezevant and Tuesday, January 15, 2013 at Macedonia Baptist Church in Lawrenceburg. Mr. Clark a former Police Officer in Trezevant, a school custodian and school bus driver, and a cemetery caretaker in Trezevant died Saturday, January 12, 2013 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville. He was born on March 26, 1938 in Lawrence County Tennessee to James Robert and Eula Mae Skinner Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents, by his siblings Robert Lee Clark, Verlene Pollock and Cora Smith. Survivors include his wife Carol Ann Wilcoxson Clark of Trezevant, five daughters: Patricia Ann (James Ray) Barlow of McKenzie, Ellen Mae (Frankie) of Atwood, TN, Mary Elinora (Charlie) Davis of Trezevant, Rosetta Irene (Jeff) Bell of Camden, and Karen Annette (Chad) Glosson of Yuma, TN, three sons: James Floyd (Donna) Clark, Jr. of Paris, Michael Andrew (Debra) Clark of Mansfield, TN, and Daniel Eugene (Tina) of McKenzie, 23 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren.
