Memorial Services for Eileen Adams will be Friday, July 12, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at Brummitt - McKenzie Funeral Home. Visitation will be Friday, July 12, 2013, 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. Mrs. Adams died July 7, 2013 at McKenzie Regional Hospital. She was born April 14, 1942, in Brooklyn, NY to Edwin and Margaret Ryan Costello. She was a member of Holy Child Catholic Church in Staten Island and Holy Cross Catholic Church of Paris, TN. She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband, John Adams. She is survived by a daughter, Dawn (Dewayne) Ervin of McKenzie and two sons, Chris (Margaret) Adams of Paris, TN and John Adams of New York; one sister, Mary Alice Costello of Germantown, NY; one brother, Patrick Costello of Sea Cliff, NY and three grandchildren, John Ervin, Jacob Ervin and Spencer Ervin.
