James David Hagen

Dateline: Dresden, TN formerly of Memphis, TN Services for James David Hagen, 64, will be held Friday, July 12, 2012 at 1:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Cremation has been selected and will follow the service. The family will receive friends on Friday, July 12, 2013 from 11:00 am until service time. Mr. Hagen, a material handler for International Harvester in Memphis, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at McKenzie Regional Hospital in McKenzie. He was born on June 17, 1949 in Memphis, TN to James Martin and Agnes Keele Hagen. He was a Vietnam War U S Army veteran serving as a mechanic and later a driver of a Duster. He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister Dianne Yager. Survivors include his wife of 44 years Katie McBride Hagen of Dresden, a son Stephen Hagen of Somerville, TN, four sisters Patricia Stewart of Palmersville, TN, Sharon Bolton and Karen Price both of Dresden, Joy Sexton of Martin, TN, a half sister Rose Lucus of Portland, OR, a half brother Richard Hagen of North Bend, OR, and a granddaughter Alexis Hagen.
