TREZEVANT, TN Funeral Services for Brooxie Mae Tate Marshall will be, Thursday, July 25, 2013 at 2:00 p.m.at First Baptist Church, Trezevant, TN. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 24, 2013 at the church from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday, 10:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Trezevant Cemetery, Trezevant, TN. Mrs. Marshall died July 22, 2013 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. She was born December 21, 1917, in Buena Vista, TN to Henry Jasper and Maggie Mae McKee Tate. She is a member of Trezevant First Baptist Church and a retired nurse; while active she worked at Baptist Memorial Hospital and Carroll County Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband of forty nine and a half years, Joe David Marshall; one daughter, Carolyn Baker; one son, Larry David Marshall; one sister, Mary Lou Tate Mann; five brothers, Henry Jasper Tate, Jr, James Berry Tate, Robert Elisha Tate, Thomas Ford Tate and Calvin Coolidge Tate and a son-in-law, Frank Price. She is survived five daughters; Betty Price of Camden, Shirley ( Billy ) Connell of Idlewild, Kay ( Dennis) Reed of Trezevant; Ouida (Hershel) Wilkes of Huntingdon, and Tammy (Gary) Winston of McKenzie; one son Jeff(Dana) Marshall of Atwood, TN ; Thirteen Grandchildren, and Twenty Great-Grandchildren.
