Dateline: Paris, TN Graveside U.S. Navy Funeral Honors for Chief Machinist Mate (USN Retired) Arnold Charles May, 65, will be held Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Olive Branch Cemetery between Como and Cottage Grove, TN on Highway 140. CPO May, retired from the U.S. Navy with 20 years of service, died Monday July 22, 2013, at his residence. He was born on December 6, 1947 in St. Louis, Missouri to Charles Ashur and Louise Mae Hoffman May. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Survivors include his wife of 33 years Cathy Wilson May of Paris, a daughter Adrienne Beauvais stationed with the Army National Guard in Kuwait, and a grandson Jacob.
