Doris Pinkston

Graveside services for Mrs. Pinkston will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in McKenzie on Monday, August 5, at 10 A.M. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be sent to the National Ataxia Foundation, Southern Manor Assisted Living Center, or the Gentiva Hospice Foundation. Doris Nell Pinkston, 96, of Lebanon passed away on August 2, 2013, at Southern Manor Assisted Living Center. Mrs. Pinkston was preceded in death by her husband, M.L. She is survived by daughters Judy (James) Keyes of Lebanon, Jane Pinkston of Nashville, and Betty (Toy) Crawford of Hermitage. She is also survived by grandchildren Mindy (Dylan) Black, Kerry Pettross, and Kevin (Misty) Crawford; and great-grandchildren Sebastian and Eliza Black, Corbin, Sidney, and Jenna Pettross, and Mackenzie and Isabella Crawford; and niece Jean Gray McCadams. Mrs. Pinkston was a graduate of Bethel University in McKenzie, TN. She was a devoted wife and mother and a past resident of Greeneville and Memphis.
