MCKENZIE,TN Funeral services for Jerry Wayne Mask will be Sunday, October 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will begin Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. -8:00 p.m. and on Sunday visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. Mr. Mask, a truck driver, owner/operator leased to Medallion Trucking, died October 22, 2013. He was born, June 8, 1951 to H.L. (Buck) and Eva Clara Page Mask. He was a member of Siloam General Baptist Church, Dresden,TN and was a Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his son Johnathan Wayne Mask, a brother Rickey Lynn Mask and his parents. He is survived by his wife, Donna Farlow Mask of McKenzie; a daughter, Erika Dunning of Nashville, TN; one son, Danny (Lisa) Overby of Buford, GA; one brother, Terry (Michelle) Mask of Milan and five grandchildren.
