Sarah Drewry Medlin

Funeral services for Sarah Drewry Medlin will be Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt - McKenzie Funeral Home, with Reverend Dennis Trull officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 12, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and visitation on Wednesday will begin at 9:00 a.m. until service time. Mrs. Medlin, former owner of Medlin's Store in McKenzie, and member of First Baptist Church died November 10, 2013, at McKenzie Health Care Center. She was born April 14, 1926, in Greenfield, TN to Boyd and Alta Mitchell Drewry. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Thomas Luther (T.L.) Medlin, two sisters, Pauline Smith and Nova Langley and four brothers, Joe Drewry, Harris Drewry, Eugene Drewry and Jack Drewry. She is survived by a daughter, Pam Burns of West Memphis, AR; one son, Thomas (Tommy) Medlin of McKenzie; one brother, Frank Drewry of Murfreesboro, TN; three grandchildren, Melissa (Carl) Campbell, Belinda Medlin and Megan Myers and seven great-grandchildren.
