MCKENZIE, TN Funeral services for W.D. Wilson will be Friday, December 27, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt -McKenzie Funeral Home with Reverend Dennis Trull officiating. Burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, McKenzie, TN. Visitation will be Thursday, December 26, 2013 at 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and on Friday, 12:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Wilson, an assistant plant manager for Gaines, MFG, died December 22, 2013, at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. He was a member of First Baptist Church McKenzie and he is also a WWII Navy Veteran. He was born January 17, 1928, in Carroll Co., TN to Lennie and Addie Barker Wilson. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Betty Thompson and Vernell McAlexander and two brothers, Brady Wilson and George Wilson. He is survived by his wife, Sue Nell McKennie Wilson of McKenzie; a daughter, Debbie (Larry) Sheetrum of Searcy, AK and a grandson, Nicholas Sheetrum.
