MCKENZIE, TN Funeral Services for Dorothy N. Chandler will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, January 31, 2014 at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home, with Brother Ray Forrest officiating. Burial will follow at Carroll Memorial Gardens, McKenzie, TN. Visitation will be Thursday, January 30, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home and visitation on Friday will begin at 10:00 a.m. until service time. Mrs. Chandler, a business owner of the former City Café and Chandler's Nursery and also a factory worker, died January 28, 2014 at Jackson Regional Hospital, Jackson,TN. She was born March 21, 1941 to Lowell Fowler and Viva P. Anderson Harrison. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Marvin Chandler; one sister, Ernestine Bunyard and two brothers, Alvis Fowler and Leon Fowler. She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Steve) Oatsvall of McKenzie, Stacey Chandler and her husband Khris Carter of Smyrna, TN; one son, Randy Chandler of McKenzie; one sister, Linda Garner of McKenzie,TN; two brothers, Vernice Fowler of Sturgeon, MO and Billie Fowler of Hermitage, TN; six grandchildren, Skyler Freeman, Tyler Chandler, Trevor Chandler, Evan Johnson, Lesley Johnson and Amanda Seay.
