Funeral Services for Barbara Ruth Burlison will be 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 10, 2014, at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Bro. Dennis Trull and Bro. James Hazelwood officiating. Burial will follow at Union Academy, McKenzie. The family will receive friends Monday from 11:30am until service time. Mrs. Burlison, 70, a homemaker, died Thursday, March 6, 2014 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She was born February 12, 1944, in McKenzie, TN to Floyd and Daisy Sayles Fuller. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul Burlison and her sister Sue Gardner. She is survived by two sons, Freddie (Dawn) Duke and Terry Burlison both of McKenzie; one sister, Peggy Kirkland of Union City and three brothers, Ted(Betty) Fuller of Atwood, Ricky Fuller and Gene Fuller both of McKenzie; four grandchildren, Samantha(Jesse) Bobo, Elizabeth (John) Biggart, Tyler duke and Taylor Duke and two great-grandchildren, Preston and Caiden Biggart.
