Ryan Kelly Cummings age 51 of McKenzie, TN died Thursday June 19, 2014 at his residence in McKenzie. Mr. Cummings the son of William Dean and Agatha Vernice Smith Cummings was born on January 13, 1963 in Hammond, Indiana. At this time there are no services scheduled. Mr. Cummings is survived by four daughters Amber Nichole Cummings of Ft. Oglethorpe, GA, Melissa Lavone Cummings of Dover, TN, Jackilyn Loran Cummings of Dickson, TN Samantha Dawn Cummings of Dover, TN, a son Ryan Kelly Cummings, Jr. of Dover, TN, a sister Debbie Cummings-Chaney and a brother William Kevin Cummings both of McKenzie. He was preceeded in death by his parents and a sister Robin Dean Cummings-Rodriquez.
