MCKENZIE, TN Services for Jimmie Foxx Coleman, 80, will be held Sunday, July 13, 2014 at 2:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Reverend Bobby Conley officiating. Interment will follow at Enon Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 12, 2014 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home, Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 11:00 am until service time. Mr. Coleman, a retiree from State of Tennessee Highway Dept. Engineer Office, died Thursday, July 10, 2014 at his residence. He was born on August 14, 1933 in McKenzie, TN to Grady and Mary Morgan Coleman. He was a member of Huntingdon Eastview Baptist Church and a member of McKenzie Caledonia Lodge 96. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister Geneva McDonald and two brothers William Coleman and Johnny Coleman. Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years Sue Sampson Coleman of McKenzie, daughter Kim(Toney) Wiggins of Blountsville, AL, two sons Phillip Coleman of McKenzie and Doug(Tabitha) Coleman of Huntingdon, three sisters Lottye (James) Choate of McKenzie, Rebecca Rauchle of Union City and Floy (Everett) Teague of Rosemont, TN, five grandchildren and one great-grandchildren.
