Dateline: McKenzie, Tennessee Memorial services for Carol Ann Haywood, 70, will be held Sunday, October 5, 2014 at 3:00 pm in the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Lloyd Johnson officiating. It was Mrs. Haywood's desire to be cremated. The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 5, 2014 from 12:00 pm Noon until service time. Mrs. Haywood, a homemaker and also raised Poodles, died Tuesday, September 30, 2014 from injuries received in a motor vehicle accident. She was born on March 2, 1944 in Ferndale, Michigan to Charlie and Gladys Jones Turner. She was a member of HMEC fellowship in Camden. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother David Turner. Survivors include her husband of 21 years Stanley Haywood of McKenzie, six daughters Kathy (David) Wallace of Hollow Rock, TN, Darleen Shattuck and Jeanette (Billy) Berry all of McKenzie, Kristie Haywood and Amanda Haywood both of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, Jessica Haywood of Coshocton, Ohio, a sister-in-law Juanita Turner of Detroit, MI, a niece Heather Turner of Chicago, IL and seven grandchildren Kelly Wickham, Danny Turner, Liz Wickham, Loghan Berry, James Deel, Josephine Haywood, Nicholas Denning, a grandson Alexander who is due to be born shortly and a great granddaughter Rush Turner.
