Walter Lee Stone

Funeral Services for Walter Lee Stone, 74, will be Tuesday, October 7, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Burial will be at Shiloh Cemetery, McKenzie, TN., Reverend Kenny Carr and Rudy Hamby will officiate. Visitation will be Monday, October 6, 2014, 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday 10:00 a.m. until service time. Mr. Stone, a retired mechanic at Milan Arsenal, and a member of Grace Baptist Church, died October 5, 2014 at Henry County Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his wife Brenda Kay Stone, a grandson Tyler Thomas, three brothers JC Stone, William Stone and Charles Stone and one sister Jean Barker. Survivors include two daughters Tina Stone and Traci (Terry) Thomas both of McKenzie and a sister Nellie Ruth Roberts of McKenzie, three grandchildren Travis Coleman, Jonathon (Katie) Thomas and Kaylin Thomas and a great-grandchild Bentley Thomas.
