Funeral Services for Jerry Glenn Foster, 78, will be Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Visitation will be Tuesday, November 18, 2014 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. until service time. Reverend Dennis Trull will officiate and burial will be at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, McKenzie, TN. Mr. Foster was born July 9, 1936 in Trezevant, TN to Otis and Ruth Everett Foster. He retired from International Harvester, he was a member of Concord Baptist Church and an Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Marie Chandler and Betty Lou Chandler, five brothers Ray Foster, Raymond Foster, Tom Foster, Rev. Robert Foster and Billy Foster and one grandson Seth Foster. Survivors include his wife Dorothy Gunter Foster of McKenzie, daughter Michelle Foster of McKenzie, two sons Mike(Rachel) Foster of McKenzie and Keith(Katie Jo) Foster of Henry, one sister Bobbie Jean Perritt of Bartlett, two brothers Odis Brown Foster of Memphis and Kenneth Foster of McKenzie and two grandsons Matthew (Morgan) Foster and Brent Brewer.
