James William Manns

MCKENZIE, TN Funeral Services for James "Catfish" William Manns, 80, will be Friday, December 19, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday, December 17, 2014 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. and Friday 11:00 a.m. until service time. Burial will follow at Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery, McKenzie, TN. Mr. Manns died Monday, December 15, 2014 at Jackson Regional Hospital. He was born January 22, 1934 in McKenzie, TN to the late Van Dewey and Catherine Singleton Manns. Mr. Manns was a member of Pilgrim's Rest Cumberland Presbyterian Church, an Army Veteran and retired from Gaines, MFG. Survivors include his daughter Saudia (Dana) Akin of McKenzie, son Kyle(Kim) Manns of McKenzie, six grandchildren Brad Stafford, Chris(Becky) Wall, Clint Manns, Corey Manns, Allan Akin and Alec Akin and two great-grandchildren Case Wall and Cord Wall
