MANSFIELD, TN Funeral Services for Ms. Katie Lynn Smith will be Monday, January 5, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. at Brummitt Funeral Home Trezevant. Burial will follow at New Independence Full Gospel Church Cemetery near McLemoresville, TN. Visitation for Ms. Smith will be Monday from 12:00pm until service time. Ms. Smith, 66, a homemaker, died Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at Henry County Medical Center. She was born February 29, 1948 in Carroll Co. TN to Felix Howard and Cora Lee Lundy Galloway. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Jimmy Wayne Smith Jr, sister Ann Galloway and brother Lyndell Galloway. She is survived by her life companion Mike Bomar of Mansfield, one son Mike Smith of Trezevant and three grandchildren Greg Smith, Amanda Smith and Mary Ella Smith
