Carrie Erin Mayberry

Dateline: McKenzie, TN Services for Carrie Erin Richardson Mayberry, 92, will be held Friday, January 23, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Bryan Oakes officiating. Interment will follow at Caledonia Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 22, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Friday, January 23, 2015 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. Mrs. Mayberry, a homemaker, died Wednesday, January 21, 2015 at McKenzie Regional Hospital. She was born on February 18, 1922 in Trenton, TN to Robert and Thelma Watson Richardson. She was Baptist in faith. She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years who died on February 12, 1992 Dow Mayberry, three sons Charles Mayberry, and twins Lynn Mayberry and Glynn Mayberry; two daughters Evelyn Church and Jane Smith; one sister Bessie Marie (Judy) Sorrell, and one brother Robert Marion Richardson. Survivors include: four daughters Betty Martin of McKenzie, Jone (Jackie) Kirksey of Huntingdon, Ruby (Williard) Berry of Atwood, TN, and Brenda Underwood of Murfreesboro, TN; three sons Ralph Mayberry, Bill (Linda) Mayberry of McKenzie, and David (Courtney) Mayberry of Round Rock, TX, two sisters-in-law Doris (Aaron) Pledge of Jackson, TN and Nettie White of Trezevant, TN, seventeen grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
