Coburn Barcroft

MCKENZIE, TN A Memorial Service for David Coburn Barcroft will be Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Visitation will also be Thursday from 4:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Barcroft, 59, died Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at his residence. Mr. Barcroft was a furnace operator at Norandol, U.S.A. and retired after 25 years. He attended Long Heights Baptist Church in McKenzie. He was born January 27, 1956 to the late Dorris and Mary Coburn Barcroft of Frog Jump, TN. Mr. Barcroft is survived by his wife Sandra Barcroft of McKenzie, two daughters Destin (Brian) Barcroft Tucker and Holly (Jason) Barcroft Cousar all of Memphis, two stepsons Brian (Stacey) McCaleb of McKenzie and Matt (Nicki) McCaleb of Mt. Juliet, three sisters Jane Barcroft of Knoxville, Dr. Betsy Barcroft (Dr. Edward Harris) of Memphis, and Kate (John) Paris of Checotah, OK, one brother Tim Barcroft (Kathy) of McKenzie, and eight grandchildren Logan Tucker, Grayson Tucker, Graham Cousar, Garrett Cousar, Abbi McCaleb, Natalie McCaleb, Isabelle McCaleb and Audrey McCaleb. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center or North Carroll Relay for Life.
