Mary Constance Sexton

Dateline: McKenzie,TN Services for Mary Constance Sexton, 88, will be held Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home with Brother Randy Stevens and Reverend Jason Jones officiating. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday, March 23, 2015 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm and Tuesday, March 24, 2015 from 11:00 am until service time. Mrs. Sexton, a former factory employee at Wilker Brothers Pajama Factory in McKenzie and childcare setter, died Sunday, March 22, 2015 at McKenzie Healthcare Center. She was born on June 21, 1926 in Bruceton, TN to Hite and Elsie Walker Goodwin. She was a member of McKenzie First United Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Jewell Sexton who died in 1982, and a daughter Ann Sexton who died in 2009. Survivors include a daughter Mary Jane (Jerry) Brewer of Gleason, TN, two sons Edward Sexton and Jim Sexton both of McKenzie and a grandson Matthew Brewer of Gleason, TN .
