Dateline: MCKENZIE,TN Graveside Services for Kenneth Joseph Kovarik will be Monday, June 8, 2015 at 11: 00 a.m. at Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery, with Reverend Paul Davidson officiating. Visitation will be Sunday, June 7, 2015 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt - McKenzie Funeral Home. Mr. Kovarik, 75, died Friday, June 5, 2015 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. He was born October 4, 1939 in Oak Park, IL, to the late Joseph and Lucille Grossmann Kovarik. He was a member of Faith Tabernacle Church, Dyer and a retired machinist for Nestaway in McKenzie. Mr. Kovarik is survived by his wife Diane Kovarik, son Kris (Joyce) Kovarik of Lexington, TN, one brother James (Anita) Kovarik of West Chester, IL, a sister Patricia Mallahan of Milwaukee, WI and one grandson Kyle Kovarik.
