Joe Thomas Franks

Joe T Franks, 79, died Sunday August 23, 2015 at Jackson Madison Co. General Hospital. Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 25, 2015 4:00 p.m. at the Cedar Avenue Chapel of Brummitt-McKenzie Funeral Home. Brother Dennis Trull will officiate. Visitation will be after the funeral on Tuesday from 5:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. August 25, 2015. Burial will be Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at 2:00 p.m. Little Prairie Cemetery, Caruthersville, MO. Mr. Franks was in Management for a Shoe Manufacturing, and was a member of First Baptist Church West Jackson. He was born February 8, 1936 in Caruthersville, MO to Earl and Laura Jane Williams Franks. He was preceded in death by his parents, four sisters and one brother. He is survived by his wife Phyllis Franks, two sons Randy (LeeAnn) Franks and Kenny (Kathy) Franks all of Jackson, one sister Daphine Hess of CA and three grandchildren Jessica (Chris) Farley, Jeremy Franks and Kassie Franks.
